I swear I had seen a film like a child, a genius integral instead of blue. I can not remember how the movie was ... -_ --
It makes me crazy. Any help or suggestions?

It is a Disney version, but there are some movies from tales of the Thousand and One Nights, where the genius was adapted to a natural color. This is one you are considering a live-action and animation?

You're probably thinking of the fact Hallmark TV movie in 1999. The DVD is 3 hours. With John Leguizamo as engineering. This live-action, not animated and Engineering (jinn) is a natural skin color.
