It depends on where you live. For example, when I can not legally live every Friday or Saturday evening run on the runway about 15 minutes outside the city. In a way. Here in Tulsa, OK, we have a drag strip. They can each Friday night and every drag race. The only way the race is legitimate if it is also a drag strip length or other races.
